Ownership
Our instruments are made of choice spruce and maple and are professionally set-up and adjusted. The Instrument outfit (including bow & case) remains the property of Yang Exquisite Instruments.  Renter is fully responsible for any loss due to fire or theft.

Deposit
A Deposit is required for each instrument to insure the highest quality standards. If the instrument is returned in the same general condition, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. 

Payments

Instrument outfit rentals are billed in 3 month/quarterly increments and must be rented for a minimum of 3 months. First payment is due upon receipt of the rental outfit. Subsequent payments are due at the beginning of each rental period. A schedule will be provided along with this rental agreement. (There is a $20.00 fee for checks returned or charges denied for any reason.)

Rental Credit
Our Rent-to-Purchase program offers 100% credit of up to 12 months rental fees towards the purchase of an instrument (excluding repair/maintenance & insurance fees). This credit is limited to the first 12 months of rental fee payments and can be used at any time during the rental period. 

Exchanges
The instrument outfit may be exchanged for a different size at any time during the rental period. Any cost adjustments will be made at the time of the exchange.

Repairs
We will provide at no charge any necessary instrument adjustments and/or repairs. All repairs must be done by Peter Yang Violin Shop. This excludes repairs necessitated by willful damage and/or careless handling. 

Past due Accounts
A late charge of $15.00 per month will be assessed on any account 15 or more days past due. At which time the account exceeds 90 days past due, the renter is automatically liable for the total retail cost of the rental outfit and for all reasonable legal fees and costs incurred to collect such fees.
